The dual-stage fully automatic screening and identification device adopts a centrifugal screening and identification method, 4500 pieces/minute, to achieve automatic identification and supply of drippers, stable and fast screening. The delivery qualified rate is 100%.
●Extruder：
The single screw extruder uses a servo motor and is controlled by a PLC temperature system to ensure high production efficiency. XDC-450 extrusion capacity is 260kg/h；XDC-400 extrusion capacity is 200kg/h.
●Full automatic punching machine：
The most advanced mechanical technology in Europe
XDC-450: Punching speed: >3000 pcs/min; Wall thickness: maximum 0.3mm, minimum 0.15mm.
XDC-400: Punching speed: 4000 times/minute; Wall thickness: Maximum 0.6mm, minimum 0.12mm.
The PLC operates the display screen to monitor and analyze the punching imaging. Once an error occurs, the automatic alarm system is triggered.
