1: The advantage of planetary extrusion technology
01: High efficiency mixed plasticizing function:
because the planetary screw extruder central screw and planetary small diameter screw continuous meshing transmission, so that the planetary screw melt surface area is much larger than the traditional extruder.
02: efficient devolatile exhaust technology:
In the center of the screw and planet of small diameter screw meshing transmission process, the polymer surface area and update frequently, and equipped with large openings for vacuum exhaust, so as to provide the contact area of the melt (80 times that of single-screw twin-screw 30 times), effectively ruled out the moisture in the material and other volatile matter, don't need to configure the energy-intensive crystallization drying system, The water content of the initial raw material can be as high as 0.8% without affecting the final product quality.

2: Forced vacuum exhaust system
The planetary segment is equipped with a strong vacuum extraction system. During the extrusion process of the planetary segment, the water vapor and volatiles of the melt are sucked out, cooled and discharged through the strong vacuum extraction system.

3: Double filtration system
Automatic continuous backflush filtration technology


Automatic continuous backflush filtration has both backflush and exhaust functions, high flushing efficiency, avoid production stop, increase production and energy saving, improve output and economic benefits.
Continuous melt filter can effectively remove impurities in the melt.
There are 4 filter chambers, 75% filtration area can be kept in production without pressure fluctuation when backflushing or changing the screen. Ensure the continuous production without stopping when changing the network, without affecting the product quality.
Automatic backflush function, the filter can be recycled, prolong the interval time of changing the mesh, can be a long time continuous production.
Secondary precision filtration system


Stainless steel shell cylinder to ensure the smoothness of the inner cavity, folded stainless steel tubular filter element as a filter element, small size of equipment, filtration area can reach ( 2-4.5), again increase the filtration accuracy, prolong the cycle of mesh.
Proprietary filter element design and manufacturing technology, make the molten polymer material fully secondary filtration, improve the purity of the material, the filtration accuracy can reach 200 microns, the final product can reach FDA level.
Filter element is not easy to deform, easy to clean and can be replaced.
